Charles is 100 SESSIONS STRONGER! He shows up to every workout and crushes it with discipline, good form, and a great sense of humor. It’s not a 6:30 session without a good touch of sarcasm from our guy!! We are so proud of him for hitting such a massive milestone! Two claps for such a rockstar!!
