These are some pics of a mill house we renovated last year. We're working on another one now and looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

We still have a few finishing touches to do on this deck but it's going to be nice in this private backyard. Wire rail will fill in below the handrail.
I built this house for these friends of ours fifteen years ago and we are back finishing the basement and building the deck. Time flies!

This is a job we are working on right now in Monroe. We are closing in the screen porch for this family and turning it into a sunroom. Lots of windows will be nice!

This home needed a new roof. Sometimes, for an older home like this one, we will also install new roof deck. We were honored that the Client chose us to complete this project!

Doing a little demo this week and found this behind a wall. We are going to work it into the finished interior.
