And if you decline the work you will have to sign that you acknowledge you declined repair on parts before the truck can leave.

What is a cp4? And what causes a cp4 failure?
A cp4 is an injection pump for the newer trucks out today.
Any dirt, water and fuel contaminates will cause a failure sending metal shavings throughout your entire fuel system.
Cp4 failure is extremely common on 11+ ford Powerstroke, 11-16 duramax and 19-20 Cummins.
Fix for Powerstroke is dcr conversion while the other two are cp3 swaps.
