The healing that happened when I let myself feel everything
For a long time, I numbed.
Busy schedules. To-do lists. Constant “doing.”
Because feeling? That was messy.
Uncomfortable.
Too much.
But when I finally let it all in—
the sadness, the rage, the grief—
I also made space for joy.

For peace.
✨ Healing doesn’t happen when you stuff it down. It happens when you let it rise.

People-pleasing made me likable.
Approachable.
Easy.
But it also made me tired.
Invisible.
Resentful.
Every “yes” that wasn’t true stole a piece of my peace.
And slowly, I forgot what I wanted.
Now, I’m rebuilding.
One boundary at a time.
One honest “no” at a time.
✨ Pleasing everyone else isn’t worth losing yourself.
