WOU Running Club

Hey folks!! I'm going to be in town on Friday, wondering if anyone wants to go for a run with me at noon!! I'd love to see who all is a part of the club this year and catch up with everyone from last year! Let me know ☺️🏃🏼🏃🏼

Hey all! I was asked to pass this information along:
I wanted to let you know about an upcoming 5K in the hopes that you would be able to share it with the running club. Campus Recreation and Disability Services are putting it on this Friday 2/19 at 12pm as part of a fundraiser for the Governor’s Can Food Drive. The entry fee is either cash (maybe $5) or 3-4 canned food items. People may register in advance here at the HWC or day off near where the race starts, which is the parking lot behind the West House. The route goes through campus and then finishes on the track.

For those of you wondering, today's run was roughly 2.02 miles! Thanks for braving the rain!

WOU Running Club is meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays this term! Same place (in front of HWC). We are thinking 4pm again. Leave your comments as to whether this time works for you or if you have another time in mind! Not sure yet if we will be running this week or not.

Don't forget! We meet rain or shine at 4pm Mondays and Wednesdays and 10:30am on Fridays!
