Hoping everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving and are taking some down time this weekend to relax with family and catch up some some Sleep 😴 💤

We are actually doing a pop-up tomorrow in Salem and will be cooking up some lamb gyro and chicken on the rotisserie. This is a GIVEAWAY to support some of the less fortunate in the near area that might need a hot meal, so I am encouraging to share this post, or just come through with a friend or neighbor.

It is with a heavy heart I must make this post, my plan and goal this year was to run Greece Lightning full time at Gather Food Park starting in January with my lease ending in July and then moving on to focus on events during the summer and fall. Unfortunately the equipment failure put us back and with the new fire code in place, we are having to install a fire suppression system in the trailer… not anticipating the install and with a diminished budget, the decision has been made to relinquish the agreement at Gather Food Park and close the trailer for the year in order to build back capital and create a budget for the future. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and has been supportive of this journey in the past year but it is a decision that must be made in order to forsee sustainability and keeping the business alive for future events and opportunities.
