Young Shiitake is set up today from 8-12 at the Forest Farmers Market in Forest, VA. We have plenty of fresh shiitake mushrooms and all our other products. Come on out and shop one of THE BEST local farmers markets around! Located at the Forest Library.

Join Young Shiitake tomorrow Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31for the SWVAL - Southwest Virginia Alternative Living Expo @ The Berglund Center in Roanoke, VA. This is a great event choc-full of classes and vendors serving the homesteading/alternative living community. We'll have all of our products available and we'll also be doing "how to" inoculate shiitake mushroom log demos going on at our booth. If you interested in learning about how to be more self- sufficient then this expo is for you!
