We have some very clean topsoil for sale on the outskirts of Mount Pleasant for 14$ a yard and can go cheaper if you buy a lot at one time. We also have sand fill for sale with a proctor that is classified as a-3 sand for 8$ a yard. All prices is if you pick up from job. We can also deliver topsoil or fill.
