We are compelled to engage in a struggle against our own people's ie spiritual leaders ignorance, doubt, and disobedience concerning God and His financial principles, in order to move God to intervene against the government on our behalf, similar to the book of Exodus, where Moses' conflict was not with Pharaoh ie the government, but rather with his own people's ignorance and doubt, as God fought against the government not Moses ie man.
