Winnbuild Design and Build

BEFORE / AFTER - This is the 3rd bathroom and 4th project we have done for our return clients in Rock Island Illinois. They have a huge architectural home and the homeowners are updating the home one project at a time. Just like in the past three projects, we have tried to contemporize the space while still leaving the charm of their well-designed home. This bathroom had gone unused for many years and I think we did a sufficient job blending the old style with some new. In the comment section of this post I’ll post some pictures from the other three projects we did for them. I believe in all four of the remodels we hit the mark on finding that balance. ✌🏼

This past week I broke free of working inside and hung out in the sunshine building a deck for a couple days. I was having the roof replaced on a rental property I own behind the WinnBuild workshop in Moline.
For the roof to be replaced my tenant’s deck had to be removed and then rebuilt. So in the true WinnBuild fashion of “anything worth doing is worth overdoing”, I rebuilt the deck and doubled the size of it. My tenant was super pleased and I also got a pretty cool farmers tan out of the deal 💪🏼😜🧑‍🌾
