For those running the Firecracker 5K tomorrow morning, we wish you the best -- and remember, if a little kid wants a "High 5", you gotta pay up!

Don't forget, starting *next* Saturday, July 11th, we will be meeting at Cowboy Coffee at the Prairie House Inn. We will meet in front of the establishment, at 524 E. Main St., but ask that all runners *PARK IN THE BACK PARKING LOT*, as far back as possible -- or park on the back street, close to Eckerd Ave & E. 2nd St.

June 27th: Meet at usual location at 8:00 AM.
July 4th: No group run -- maybe sign up for the Firecracker 5K.
July 11th: We will be meeting at a new location, still at 8:00 AM. (We will provide full details after this week's group run).

Did you know that distance running and drinking coffee have a long standing relationship? Not only does caffeine provide a physical and mental boost before a run; but some research suggests it can also help with recovery, after a run.

In a recent survey of Molalla Running Club regulars, 100% of respondents expressed interest in getting coffee, tea, and maybe some sweet breakfast treats, after our Saturday group runs. All of them agreed that it was important to support small businesses in our local community, as well.

Wouldn't it be great if we could make that all happen in Molalla? Stay tuned...
