I have a bittersweet announcement for you all 💙

I am gearing up for my last week at R&R before taking a break for maternity leave.

I am so excited for this sweet baby to get here, and I will miss all of you!

My last day in the clinic is Friday, January 28th, and I plan to come back in April if all goes smoothly.

In the meantime, I will be referring patients out to trusted professionals, so please feel free to get in touch with me still to book your appointments for April because I know that I will be booking up fast once I return!

Thank you for all of the love and support, and I hope you all stay healthy and balanced in the meantime ☯️

Here's a visual if you aren't sure what exactly acupuncture is or how it helps 🙌

I truly believe acupuncture is magical! It has helped so much in my own personal healing journey and I am able to share those benefits with all of my clients.

Curious? Send me a DM or schedule an appointment at http://reliefandrenewal.com/ 💙

Each year we all tend to see our feeds flooded with images and quotes from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

It’s amazing to see and read, and it serves as a great reminder, however, I want to encourage you to go beyond that.

He was a remarkable leader who spoke out against injustice and helped to create a legacy that would forever inspire change.

Today, I'd like to bring you a few options to get involved, other than sharing a quote or teaching.

To get involved:
💙Watch the "I Have A Dream" speech and then participate in an act of service in your community.

💙 If you're local to Chicago, visit DuSable Museum of African American History and see "The March" exhibit, (visit their website at https://www.dusablemuseum.org) or the Chicago History Museum and see the "Remembering Dr. King: 1929-1968" exhibit.

💙Make a donation to or the DuSable Museum of African American History here: https://www.dusablemuseum.org/support/

💙Become a digital volunteer with Smithsonian to help make biodiversity data historical documents more accessible: https://transcription.si.edu/
