Got this objection on a sales call today: “Is AI more beneficial for smaller or larger organizations?”

My mentor hit him with the perfect analogy.

A large company is a cruise ship. It takes massive energy just to turn one degree. Six months to implement. Another six to get people actually using it.

A small business is a pontoon boat with a motor. You can turn it instantly. Less people, less red tape, faster adoption, faster results.

If you run a small or mid-market business, you will see return on AI faster than any enterprise company. That’s not a guess. That’s just how it works.

Stop waiting for the big companies to figure it out first. You have the advantage. Use it.
