I want to start by saying how much I love and appreciate every one of you who has trusted me with your hair and supported Gala Hair Extensions. Your loyalty means the world to me. 💕

Due to a recent situation, I have updated my payment policy to better protect my business and ensure fairness for everyone:

✨ Split payments will no longer be accepted
✨ A 50% deposit is required when booking for new hair extensions
✨ All balances must be paid in full before leaving the salon

This change comes after an unfortunate experience where my kindness was taken advantage of. I will be sharing a full storytime video soon to explain more and bring transparency to the situation.
