Behind every can is a team that never stops learning.
Recently, members of our Quality Control team participated in hands-on training focused on strengthening the skills they use to help support product quality throughout the Fresh Pack season. Working alongside an industry professional, the team practiced preparing slides, using microscopes, and sharpening techniques that play an important role in their work.
One of the best parts of the day wasn't just the training itself, it was seeing the team gathered around the lab, asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning together. That commitment to continuous learning is part of what helps us prepare for one of the busiest and most important times of the year.
The biggest takeaway from the training was seeing how the work happening in the lab connects directly to what happens on the production floor. Every slide prepared and every result reviewed helps verify that the processes supporting our Fresh Pack season are working as intended, giving our team confidence in the quality of the products we make.
Learning doesn't stop once you're part of the team. It's something we continue to invest in because preparing for Fresh Pack means preparing our people first.

On Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. The freedoms we enjoy today were made possible through their courage, sacrifice, and selflessness.
We also hold close in our hearts the families, friends, and loved ones who continue to carry that sacrifice with them, including members of our own Stanislaus and restaurant families. Their loss, strength, and unwavering love for those who served should never be forgotten.
Today, we remember with gratitude, humility, and respect.
