Big news for the future of Crusader Football!

We have exciting news to share with you! We have hired a new varsity football coach. Your sons are going to be blessed playing for a successful veteran coach who has many years of coaching experience at the high school, NCAA, and professional levels.

The MCHS Administrative Team would like to invite you to meet the new coach on Tuesday, March 14th, at lunch (12:30pm). The meeting will be held in G1. This will be a meet-and-greet time with the new coach with great things to follow. Each family in the football program can also expect to have a private family meeting with our new coach on a date to be determined soon.

Hiring a new coach is a "big deal". Especially when you consider we had over 55 inquiries for the football coaching position. Excellent candidates applied from Canada, Australia and across the USA. With the options we had to choose from, MC is truly fortunate to have the opportunity to hire our new coach and welcome him into the MC family.

We are looking forward to you having an opportunity to meet our new coach on March 14th.

This week at Roy Blakeley Field: The Modesto Christian Crusaders take on the visiting Rio Vista Rams for in the first round of the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section D-VI Playoffs.

Modesto Christian enters the game with a 9-1 record and Rio Vista at 8-2.

Gates open at 5:30pm, and the game kicks off at 7:00pm. Come out and cheer the Crusaders on to a Section Championship!
