Candidate Once Arrested For Murder, Not To Advance In Stockton City Council Elections

Despite swinging for the fences, Shelly B. Hollis aka “The Quail Lakes Slugger”, comes in dead last in Stockton’s District 1 race. Both he and his cousin Tamika Smalls ran to challenge incumbent Michelle Padilla, who came in 1st place.

While Smalls ran a clean campaign, Shelly spent the last year berating and threatening Padilla and her supporters. Shelly brands himself a “creative director” and “social media expert” on Linkdin, but his online rants about conspiracy theories only amounted to 2% support on Election Day.

This is not Shelly’s first unsuccessful race, nor his first controversy. He has been embroiled in several drama filled episodes including lawsuits for not delivering work he was paid for, closed businesses, and an arrest for the homicide of an unarmed man.

For unexplained reasons, the former district attorney Phillips did not prosecute him, leaving many to wonder if his connection to the NAACP at the time played a role. We have requested a copy of the arrest report, but thanks to Governor Newsom, the public is not able to see those records anymore.

In previous conversation with our CEO, Motec Sanchez, whom Shelly requested to interview as a community leader, Shelly detailed that he had gotten into an online argument with the Indian victim and rage baited him into meeting him at the apartment of a girl they were arguing over, where the unarmed man was attacked by Shelly who was armed.

Because the former DA did not pursue the charges SPD arrested him for, Shelly is able to run for office.

According to sources, the new metal detectors outside of City Hall chambers were put there after Shelly threatened the mayor and city councilmembers during a city council meeting he was leaving during a disturbance caused by Steve Sievers whom he accompanied. They were upset former city manager Harry Black was being let go. Just like he’s upset at us and other elected officials who supported his cousin Jason Lee for office, which he never discloses in all of his conspiracy rants.

Be careful not to upset him. He’s a real killer.

Assistant US Attorney Bill Esaayli Announces Investigation Into California Elections 🗳️

via

Reminder: San Joaquin County Registrar Olivia Hale failed to catch election fraud after a Lodi City Councilman had 70+ people registered at his home, some who were in Pakistan. The Sheriff’s Office found the fraud by accident. There are also Stockton City Councilmembers and candidates who do not even live in their districts or the city of Stockton.

Governor Newsom himself, has publicly stated he has a “break the glass” trick up his sleeve to ensure a Republican candidate could not be elected governor of California because he’s a Democrat.

“Protecting the integrity of California’s elections is a top priority for my office.

California’s election system has serious structural vulnerabilities. Universal vote-by-mail with no voter ID requirements creates conditions where fraud can go undetected and unpunished, eroding public confidence.

Without commenting on any specific investigation, my office has multiple election fraud investigations underway in coordination with FBILosAngeles. We will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent.

My office is also working closely with AAGDhillon to conduct a comprehensive audit of California’s voter rolls. The state has stonewalled every effort to verify that only eligible U.S. citizens are registered to vote. This case is now before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

My office will not look the other way. We will investigate and prosecute. Every legal vote deserves to be counted. Every illegal vote cancels one out.”
