From 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 What started as me looking for a good workout turned into finding an incredible community, supportive coaches, and eventually becoming a coach myself.
And while the workouts have been amazing, the strength and confidence I’ve gained have been even better.
Forever grateful for finding this gem.

paulmend821 Great fight last night for khalid__thefutureufc . He stepped up and fought a much more experienced fighter with 10 fights on his 2nd fight and first one with us.
He used patience and powerful wrestling to get the unanimous decision. Thanks to all the coaches,training partners and gym fam for all the help and support.
