First read entry below this one.
So my belief is that everybody should be able to make 1 mile depending whether you walk run or push a wheelchair to stay healthy. I know that’s a long way for some. I am not expecting you to do that anytime soon unless it’s already something you do.
To begin training:
I want you to count your breath backwards, 10O to before you go to sleep at. night. Next week I’ll give you further instructions.. 
for now, just comment on how you find this exercise . If you lose count to start over again.

I will teach you how to use this during your training each week . You have to practice it first.

Of course, I am going to help you break the 1 mile into smaller successful goals for starters.
I’m fine for you to make your own . This is just a suggestion.

The RedRose gets credit as the Valentine Flower. When I came home roses weren’t blooming.
I think credit could go to Daffodils.
