I don’t know about you but, I have been feeling all of the feels recently. I have been leaning into my emotions and have been listening to what they are telling me. I’m discovering the next layer of healing I need to work through. Suppressing my emotions is no longer an option. I’m open to doing the work and releasing any stagnant energy stored in my body. The healing process isn’t always easy or even pretty but, it’s so worth it.
