Secondary School Athletic Trainers…

My colleague and I invite you to participate in a research questionnaire designed to examine athletic trainers’ mental health screening practices during secondary school (9th–12th grade) pre-participation examinations. Your input, knowledge, and responses are vital to understanding this issue and informing the future of health care. The questionnaire will take about 8-minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and all responses will remain confidential; no one will be able to identify you or your answers.

There are no right or wrong answers. We ask only that you respond with your honest perspective. If a question does not feel relevant to your experience, you may skip it.

This project has been certified exempt by the California State University, Fresno Institutional Review Board. By completing the questionnaire, you confirm that you are at least 18-years of age and consent to investigators using your de-identified responses for research purposes.
