We are looking for a skilled technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems & networks. You will answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them or use our remote access tools to resolve them .

To join our team you must have good technical knowledge and have the ability to communicate effectively .We are looking for someone that can get to the root of a problem quickly and offer a solution to resolve the issue. You must also be customer-oriented and have patience dealing with end users.

Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role

Tech savvy with working knowledge of Computer Hardware , Computer Networks , Microsoft Products , iPhones , Exchange Email Support , to name a few

You will need a strong technical understanding of computer systems, networking ,mobile devices and other technologies.

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic and some advanced technical issues

Proficiency in English

Excellent communication skills

Customer oriented and cool-tempered
