Building the workforce behind tomorrow’s submarines.

Austal USA is investing in the future of submarine manufacturing with the launch of our first electrical training cohort.

In partnership with Bishop State Community College, 11 trainees began a 10-week program to develop the skills needed to become B Class electricians supporting our submarine programs.

This marks another step forward in building a highly skilled workforce ready to meet the demands of today’s maritime industry.
