Mobile Fire-Rescue Department

The MFRD welcomes home the 8 Swift Water Rescue Specialists who proudly represented the City of Mobile and the State of Alabama. During their weeklong Task Force mission, they assisted with rescues and evacuations from flooding in Southern Texas.

For the 6th consecutive year, Academy Sports + Outdoors is teaming up with former professional football quarterback and current Birmingham Stallions head coach AJ McCarron to treat 20 kids from his hometown who are enrolled in the
AJ McCarron Youth Football Camp to a $4,000 shopping spree.

Mobile Police Department and Mobile Fire-Rescue Department were proud to shop with these individuals tonight!

Each youth athlete received a $200 gift card to shop for all new football gear, apparel, accessories and more to help outfit them for success at camp.
