Today marks the end of a university journey that took 6 years.

Statistics Canada notes that about 25% of Canadians hold a bachelor’s degree. Around 2.5% have an engineering degree. Roughly 0.01% of the population competes as professional athletes. Combining both paths, an estimated ~0.00025% of people do both. I’m part of that group.

Balancing a Computer Engineering degree while pursuing professional MMA was not easy. Early mornings, late nights, training sessions, exams, fights, and constant sacrifice were all part of the process.

Today, hearing my name called and walking across that stage is a reminder that discipline, consistency, and perseverance matter. One step at a time, one class at a time, one training session at a time.

I am proud to officially graduate as a Computer Engineer while continuing my journey in professional MMA.

Grateful for everyone who supported me along the way. The journey continues. 🎓🥊

Aujourd’hui marque la fin d’un parcours universitaire qui a duré 6 ans.

Selon Statistique Canada, environ 25% des Canadiens détiennent un baccalauréat. Environ 2,5% ont un diplôme en génie. Et près de 0,01% de la population évolue comme athlète professionnel. En combinant ces deux parcours, on estime qu’environ 0,00025% des gens font les deux. J’en fais partie.

Jongler entre un diplôme en génie informatique et une carrière professionnelle en MMA n’a pas été facile. Matins très tôt, soirées tardives, entraînements, examens, combats et sacrifices constants ont fait partie du chemin.

Aujourd’hui, entendre mon nom et marcher sur cette scène me rappelle que la discipline, la constance et la persévérance paient. Un pas à la fois, un cours à la fois, une séance d’entraînement à la fois.

Je suis fier d’être officiellement diplômé en génie informatique tout en poursuivant ma carrière en MMA professionnel.

Reconnaissant envers tous ceux qui m’ont soutenu tout au long du chemin. Le chemin continue. 🎓🥊
