This is a great conversation that needs to be had. Adults are making it pay for play or going to get older players to win. But if a young player leaves for the bag he is wrong.. Make it make sense..
1. Divide the revenue sharing equally amongst the players like it was proposed.
2. Allow kids to market themselves and don't monitor their income
3. If they are independent contractors, then let them make deals.
4. They should take a mental health, financial literacy, and investment class so that operate with what they are earning.
This is not the 90s and kids who just love the game are getting overlooked for grown men.. Is this is semi-pro or slavery? What's your take.
