I am struggling to express my thoughts on this matter. For over 20 years, Providence has been my home, and it is still unbelievable that our labor and delivery unit is closing permanently. It has been a wild ride, to say the least. While this is a sad farewell for some, for others, it is merely a temporary goodbye as we relocate to another hospital. Providence will always hold a special place in my heart, as it was my first professional experience in the hospital world, but it is undoubtedly a tough chapter to close, especially when it is not on our terms. I would like to thank all the families that let me capture their special day!
