In other news, plan to come see us at the Cadillac Square Farmers Market on Dauphin Island this spring and summer. As soon as dates are available we will post them. And keep checking in with us to see where else you will be able to see us!

Although we currently use organic, hormone and antibiotic free eggs in our cakes, we will soon be able to step it up even a notch further! We have purchased a flock of baby chicks that will begin laying eggs in approx 4 months. This is something that we are very excited about. Because we like to know exactly what is going into our products and what we are passing on to you!

We want to say a big thank you to everyone for participating in our latest contest! There were some great ideas for new flavors; that we will definitely be experimenting with. So, keep in touch to see which new flavor will be added for the summer. And remember that our fundraising special will continue until March 1st.
