Nothing like some crisp white paint to brighten up a back porch! Add patio furniture and some COLD AC(š) and it will be perfection!
My wife Lori Powell Gilbert wanted me to come up with something she could commemorate each of the events that happen at her business The Venue at Johnson , her 2nd location after The Venue at Dawes. Hereās what I came up with.

Yall check your Amazon orders/refunds.
Got a email saying āyouāve being chargedā for this item after they had issued me a refund when I dropped it off at UPS. They said they didnāt receive the item even though UPS received it and shipped back to them. I contacted customer service via the Amazon app(donāt do the AI assistant-ask to talk to an agent)I gave them my order number and VIOLA!
āSo sorry, I show our processing center received the item and there was an error with the shipping company. We are issuing you a refund!! ā
WHAT? While she was checking on that item. I searched my email for āyouāve been chargedā. I had 3 other items that still showed āin transitā and they had charged me again.
Iām $200 richer tonight. Yāall check your orders.
