I’m proud to officially announce that I am now a Certified Master Inspector®! 🏠🔍

This is something I’ve worked hard toward, and it means a lot to me not just as a professional, but personally. I’m always trying to learn more, improve my skills, and provide my clients with the best inspection experience possible.
I don’t ever want to be the inspector who stops learning. Homes are complex, and every inspection is an opportunity to learn something new and help someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life with more confidence.
I’m thankful for everyone who has supported me, trusted me, referred me, and encouraged me along the way. This is another milestone in the journey, but definitely not the finish line. 💪

Believe it or not, I don't spend every day crawling through attics and crawl spaces... just most of them. 😂

Today, between inspections, I got to trade my flashlight and moisture meter for some kitchen duty with the Mobile Area Association of Realtors Community Relations Committee as we helped prepare dinner for the amazing kids and families at Camp Smile.
It's easy to get caught up in work, so it's nice to take a break every now and then to give back to a community that's given me so much.
Huge shoutout to everyone who volunteered today. It was a lot of fun, and I'm grateful I got to be a small part of it. ❤️
Now... back to crawling under houses tomorrow. 😅🏠
