• $2.75 per sq ft — flooring only
• $3.00 per sq ft — quarter round
• $3.25 per sq ft — baseboards + quarter round

LAMINATE FLOORING PRICING

150 sq ft & under
• $225 — flooring installation only
• $250 — flooring + quarter round
• $300 — flooring + baseboards + quarter round

Over 150 sq ft
• $2.95 per sq ft — standard installation
• $3.25 per sq ft — with quarter round
• $3.50 per sq ft — with baseboards + quarter round

HARDWOOD

150 sq ft & under
• $275 — flooring only
• $300 — quarter round
• $325 — baseboards + quarter round

Over 150 sq ft
• $3.25 per sq ft — flooring only
• $3.75 per sq ft — quarter round

• $3.00 per sqft (walls only – 2 coats)
