Senate Democrats seem to have a $1.75 trillion framework in place for their Build Back Better plan including the tax portion of the bill. Despite the announcement of the framework, the political situation remains fluid and could still change. This note provides a list of what appears to be in and out of the tax plan. Given what appears to have been dropped from the plan, financial markets might breathe a sigh of relief.
