Krohmer for State House

The budget reconciliation bill passed out of the US House budget committee last night, and appears headed for a floor vote sometime this week. The language that removes authority from the states for CO2 projects is still included.

South Dakota has spoken loud and clearly via RL 21 and the passage and signing of HB 1052. Contact Representative Johnson and explain this type of government overreach must not be allowed.
