Community Health Corps Montana (CHCM) engages individuals in meaningful service to Montana through community partnerships to advance sustainable solutions to the state’s most pressing health challenges. Members serve alongside organizations to strengthen mental health and substance use supports, improve chronic disease prevention and management, and address social factors that impact health (such as access to food, housing, and transportation).
