Unfortunately, the Alaskan Chocolate Lily (Fritillaria camschatcensis) doesn't smell like chocolate. It needs to attract its main pollinators: flies, which means it literally smells like sh*t. Sure is pretty though.

This fella was on a mission this weekend, scouting the tiny island in Sitka Sound. Bears are actually pretty efficient swimmers!
