When he’s not on site, Adam’s a master pianist. Today, he was upstairs wrapping finish trim in this second-floor space, which used to feel a whole lot more like an attic before the skylights, built-ins, and new layout brought it to life.

Steady hands tend to translate.

Black Walnut from RealCraft’s Carmel Series, finished in Luxe Oil Hazelnut Truffle and paired with Emtek’s Hercules lever.

The door brings the warmth, while Montana Timber Products’ Ranchwood Artisan siding wraps the home with enough texture and contrast to make the whole exterior feel dialed.

Add in fresh landscaping that should hold its own against the South Hills deer population, plus rain chains with that rusty complexion we’ll never complain about, and yeah…this one’s coming together.

Some projects sit on the list for a while, then come together fast once the timing is right.

We recently wrapped up this bathroom remodel for longtime clients, led by one of our newest project managers and finished with a tight, polished turnaround.

The view from the doorway says a lot: custom glass by TC Glass, French Antique hardware from Emtek Hardware, marble-look tile from Arizona Tile, and Mia Gold quartz from Pental on the vanity and shower threshold.

Clean lines, bold tile choices, and a whole lot of detail packed into a smaller footprint.
