Happy Monday! We're on to Drop number 38.
Spring flowers are starting to add a bit of color to the landscape, so this week we encourage you to do the same. Vibrant colors are scientifically proven to increase happiness, so find a place in your life to liven things up. When you go to the store and are deciding between two brands, go with the more colorful one. Take something from around the house and give it a fresh coat of bright yellow paint. Maybe just plant some flowers somewhere you'll see them everyday. Get creative with it, add a pop of color somewhere, and we think you'll find your day looks just a bit brighter. Last week we invited you to declutter your life a bit, physically and/or mentally. This week, we're challenging you to add something new to your life. Spring is here, and it's the perfect time to plant new seeds, literally and figuratively. Invest some time and energy in something new this week, whether that be a new hobby, relationship, or building a new habit. Maybe it blooms into something beautiful, or maybe you find your garden isn't quite right for it, the point is to try something new this Spring. Happy planting, and good luck!
