UPDATE :

I filed a fraud report with Miramar police about the dispute. I submitted all documentations, pictures, anything that could be used as evidence.
The detective on my case reassured me that they will get to the bottom of it.

2 weeks later, I received the money that was owed to me for serviced rendered on the client.
