Interesting change to the law if you are a ND Class 2 CWP holder and want to upgrade to a Class 1.

You are no longer required to submit new photos or fingerprint cards as long as the upgrade is within 5 years of the issuance of a Class 2 license. All that is necessary for the upgrade is to complete the required testing for the Class 1 license (including the PowerPoint and written test) and submit an application, processing fee and all other attachments that are currently required.
