Señor Taco officially opened today inside Pinks Bar in Ruthville, and this is not your typical small-town Mexican food. These guys are from Texas, and if you know Mexican food, you know every region does it differently. The flavors, the style, the recipes this is the real deal and something completely different from what most people around here are used to.

Many of you already know them from the food truck at Capri Tiki Bar, and yes they’ll still be there too once things settle in at the restaurant.

Now that they have a full kitchen, the menu is packed with even more amazing options, and honestly, the food was incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and made with a lot of pride.

Head out this weekend and support their grand opening at Pinks Bar in Ruthville. If you’re heading to the lake, call ahead and grab a to-go order. You’re going to want to try this place.
