Club 500 Workout

Hey guys, for club 500 this week there will be a morning class at 7am Monday through Friday and there will be afternoon classes at 6:15pm on Monday Tuesday and Friday

We want you to be part of our Founders Experimental Program for Club 500!
What is it? It’s our early phase workout team that’s testing the workouts for Club 500. We have a class in the morning and afternoon at ASK fitness and it’s completely FREE!!! That’s right, no membership required! Interested in getting a great workout with a great group of people? Here are the details of our Founders Experimental Program.
