Throwback Thursday to a time when it was actually bearable to go outside! Ahhh, the good ol' days when you could step outside without melting like an ice cream cone in the summer sun.

It's been a long, hot day out here on the job. Our crew has been working hard on installing fences in the scorching heat, and I'm so proud of them for pushing through and getting the job done in spite of the sweltering weather. It's days like these that make me appreciate the hard work and dedication of the amazing people I get to work with every day.
