Hi there! We’ve got a nice day outside and some hints of green grass so I thought I’d take a photo of my latest “Pink Peony” painting outside where you can see a bit more of the colors and texture.

I also wanted to let you know that prints are now available on our website (link in bio) and in person at Duluth Market and Grand Marais Art Colony Store. These prints are in two sizes, 8”x 8” and 12”x 12” as well as square notecards.

✨Work in process✨ on a new little floral. I’ve had a couple paintings started for awhile but have been missing my creative energy. This weekend I made some space in my studio and just started. It felt awkward and uncomfortable but I ended up finishing up one painting lesson that I had started a few months ago and now working on two smaller pieces — this floral and a snowy tree. I don’t know how they’ll turn out, but I’m excited to be painting again and have a lot of ideas for new pieces that I’d like to try.

It’s been a minute since I’ve done any new paintings! This one I started two years ago at Christmas time, but finally just finished it up. Even though the holidays are over, I love the colors and the sparkle so I thought I would share.
