A signed beam, a steady crane and a whole lot of teamwork. Not a bad day on-site.
HealthPartners marked a major milestone with the beam signing and topping off for their 414,330-square-foot Lakeview Replacement Hospital, a new healthcare campus that will include a 97-bed hospital, clinic and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
In partnership with BWBR and HKS Architects, the project is designed to support expanded care, sustainability and wellbeing in the St. Croix Valley. From patient rooms with nature views to walking trails connecting with local paths, every detail is taking shape with the community in mind.

This impacts us all.
A normal day on site vs today on site. At KA safety comes first. Our job sites in the Twin Ports, North Shore, Iron Range, and adjacent Wisconsin communities are experiencing terrible air quality, with impacts to other sites across the rest of the midwest, in addition to 90-degree heat. Superintendents have been instructed to protect our people first and foremost, encouraging workers to protect their respiratory systems with N95 masks, taking the day off, or attempting to work indoors. Their wellbeing comes first.
We get the job done, but we protect our people while doing it.
