Job Summary: The Accountant provides centralized accounting support for all Entourage associated companies. This position additionally assists the CEO and CFO as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Enter new clients into accounting system.
· Create invoices
· Compile bank deposits and make bank deposits, as directed.
· Enter payments and receivables into accounting system.
· Follow up on any outstanding receivables.
· Enter new vendors into accounting system.
· Ensure invoices are properly approved for payment by an authorized person.
· Verify all anticipated payables are entered into system for appropriate month.
· Print checks, as requested and have them signed by an authorized person.
· File and maintain vendor files (including all paid invoices, W9, etc.).
· Review GL expense accounts for accuracy on a regular basis.
· File use and sales tax as directed by Director of Finance
· Complete month-end reconciling process with in 10 day of month-end close

General
· General office duties include but are not limited to; answering phones, greeting guests, copying, filing, mailings, data entry, maintain spreadsheets, bookkeeping.
· Order and stock office supplies
· Maintain office, conference room(s) and kitchen cleanliness on a daily basis.
· Participates in staff meetings and trainings as required or directed.
· Attain, maintain and promote a positive, safe, harmonious, productive and challenging work environment.
· Performs other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• 1-3 years’ experience with bookkeeping in a multi-company environment.
• Associates degree in Accounting – minimum education
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recognize problems and be proactive in finding solutions.
• Efficient, accurate, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work both independently and with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Experience in Quickbooks or similar system a plus.

Physical Requirements: Repetitive movement of hands and fingers – typing and/or writing. Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Reach with hands and arms. Ability to communicate, converse with and exchange information.

Responsibilities
• Understand requirements for each wedding per client and management
• Update event orders as needed
• Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
• Ability to work until 8pm 2-3 weekdays each week to accommodate client's appointments (no weekends are required).

Skills
• Proven experience as event coordinator
• A proven track record of organizing successful events
• Have a "can-do" positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent vendor management skill
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
• Able to handle stress and remain calm
• Problem-solving ability
• Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred
