Coming up on November 2023, signifying 11 years on the entrepreneurial journey. Sparktrack began with the idea of sparking conversations and tracking results, which to founder Jen Gilhoi meant not only having an idea or conversation, but following up and taking action to see where it might lead.

After the extreme up and downs of the first three years in business (figuring out alcohol-free living, questioning if it would be safer to go back to corporate America (nope, not in this case)), she landed on this purposeful idea of an event recap which marries her interest in follow up and reflection with accountability and action.

Sparktrack is still eventing and recapping today, 8 years after carving out a niche in the event communication and engagement space. Grateful for so many along the way who have read the recaps and value the idea of processing more deeply.

So excited to launch Event Essentials, a collaboration between Sparktrack and Sproute Creative!

Events are a meaningful touchpoint and important relationship-builder for any business.
