Symmetrically Asymmetrical. My favorite! Aren’t hands cool with all their mechanoreceptive nerve cell endings to aide with our spatial positioning to gravity. It’s our senses that speak to our brain to say “hey-ay you’re in “this” relationship to gravity. When we don’t have to fight gravity so much our systems can be more at ease and efficiently live the which I believe is a state. The last pic is me with duct tape on my L injured hand. The side with scars and disruption to that flow. Isometric loading and breathing, tactile tape to hold down more connections. From what I’ve learned you’re only as strong as your weakest area can hold a load without pain and then begin to challenge it. The good news is your body doesn’t let you give up. The art is striking the right balance and recipe for you. Thanks hands, feet, eyes, ears, noses, face and mouth cool!
