Our Chili Momo is competing in this month's Vegan Chef Challenge! These mouthwatering, shiitake & h**p veggie momos are sautéed with peppers and onions, then tossed in a garlicky, tangy, chili sauce. 🌶️🍄
This delicious dish is 100% vegan and made with locally grown ingredients right here in Minnesota! 💚
