We're excited to partner with NYC-based Common to manage our new 193-unit Alvera Apartments located in downtown St. Paul.

In collaboration with Northland Real Estate Group, we developed the Class A building to meet the growing demand of middle-class renters. The building features two lobbies, a club room, remote work area, outdoor deck, fitness center and bike storage. It also has the city’s only self-automated parking stacker. A mural by Aaron de la Cruz also wraps around the exterior of the building, running from the second floor up to the seventh floor.

Co-living company Common enters Twin Cities market with management of new St. Paul apartments - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal New York City-based, co-living company Common is branching into the Twin Cities market as manager of the new, 193-unit Alvera apartments in St. Paul.
