Many people have probably not heard of this government agency as it is under the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) which is not talked about nearly as much as the CIA is. The DCS (Defense Clandestine Service) is a paramilitary operational arm of the DIA which will see increasing activity against the war on terror apparently.
